CONGRATULATIONS Billie and Julio!!!!!!!!!!!! They are the winners of the Free Wedding Contest sponsored by Loving Unity Officiates!!! Billie and Julio will enjoy their ceremony at the Bamboo Island Gardens on February 14th!
